In search for the perfect live music for your wedding ceremony, here is a list of questions each bride should ask and here are the answers Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi would provide.

Bride’s Question:

Will Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi perform outdoors? And is there an extra charge for performing outdoors? Is amplification necessary and can Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi provide adequate amplification?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi can and will perform outdoors for no additional fee.  

When hiring a guitarist for an outdoor wedding, the solo guitarist will provide ample amplification, if an electrical outlet is available at the site.

When hiring a larger ensemble, the sheer volume of the size of the ensemble will be sufficient for an outdoor setting.

Bride’s Question:

Are there additional requirements that we need to provide for the musicians when performing outdoors?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi asks for adequate cover such as a tent, a marquee or a shade for the musicians as well as their instruments.

Bride’s Question:

Can Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi accompany vocalists and other instrumentalists of our choosing? And what are the costs?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi can accompany vocalists and other instrumentalists of your choosing for no additional fee.

Bride’s Question:

Will Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi work with other musicians affiliated with the church of our choosing? Are there additional costs?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi will work with other musicians affiliated with the church of your choosing for no additional fee.

Bride’s Question:

Can Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi perform special requests not listed on your repertoire? And what are the costs?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi can and will perform ALL special requests not listed on our repertoire for no additional fee.

Bride’s Question:

Do we need to provide sheet music for ALL special requests that you do not have in possession?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi asks that you purchase the sheet music to ALL special requests for us.

Bride’s Question:

Are there additional fees for set-up? Is there a sales tax on top of the rates?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

The rates offered are fixed. Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to set up for no additional fee.

There is no sales tax on the rates.

Bride’s Question:

Are there travel fees for performing in the DFW area?

Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi answers:

The rates offered are fixed. Serenata Strings/I Virtuosi does not impose travel fees for locations in the DFW area.
